Awards and Club Record Catches

Annually, member's notable catches and their service to the club for the previous year are recognized at our awards banquet. It's a fun evening at a local restaurant including a social hour, dinner, a local area special guest master-of-ceremonies, and the presentation of well deserved awards.

Each year's catch records are maintained and awards are reported by the club weighmaster. Club service awards are determined by the club president and board of directors. Awards are presented at the banquet in the following categories.

Fish of the Month
Member's catches which are at least 75% of the North Carolina citation program size can be reported on a Multi-Use Catch Record Form. Each month the catch with the largest percentage is announced at the membership meeting.
